Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio prestado en una Mudanza Internacional .Desde el primer contacto me sentí rodeado de un equipo profesional y cercano. El embalaje, el cuido con el manejo de los enceres y la amabilidad fue insuperable.
Agradezco la logística y seguimiento por parte de Claudia que cuida los mínimos detalles del de el inicio. 100% recomendables y confiables.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha y agradecida del trabajo que 2 Mares Logistics me brindó de la mano de su dueña .Me planificaron mi mudanza desde Venezuela hasta España y todo salió perfecto, la comunicación fue transparente, me llegó la mudanza a tiempo, todo muy bien embalado, organizado y su equipo extraordinario. Desde el primer momento que hablé con Claudia Valderrama me transmitió confianza absoluta. El valor de la mudanza está más que justificada.

Under no circumstances should you hire this company. The final cost was 20% more than quoted. The quote stated that the estimated delivery would be 32 days trans but it took 4 months to deliver. It gets worse from there.
As others have reported, the communication is so atrocious you start to wonder in if you should call the police because you fear your goods have been stolen. Repeated requests for information from me and the agent handling the customs to Claudia were ignored. The items were to be ocean shipped from Panama to Veracruz, and without consultation or approval, the company shipped the goods to Columbia, exposing the items to extra handling, damage and delays. The company chose a moving company located in Mexico City to handle the land transport from the port in Veracruz, when the final destination was in Guadalajara. This substantially raised the cost of the land transport because they charge for delivery and the return trip from Guadalajara to Mexico City. When I wanted to change final delivery address that would add 600 km to total distance, the moving company wanted to charge an additional $1800. Claudia I indicated that I needed to make a decision immediately about paying this extra cost. This was a high pressure tactic and a lie that I ignored. I found a company that charged $450 for handling the extra distance and engaged them instead. The move would have been much less expensive if I had chosen the agent in Mexico from the start.
All in I paid $8600 to move my goods which partially filled a cargo van with a desk, a chair, a storage cabinet, and 36 small boxes. I moved the same items minus the desk, chair, and storage cabinet from LA to Panama for about half that amount 18 months ago. And in 3 weeks as opposed to 4 months and no grief. Not exactly the same move because it was port to port by ocean with a 10 mile local move as opposed to 900km. But $4k to move a cargo van of boxes in Mexico is extremely expensive.Leer más

Please, don’t hire this company if you want to keep your items when moving to/from Panama. I’ve hired this company to move my personal stuff from Panama to Chile on June 2021. At the time of the container arrival (late July), 9 items were missing ( a big TV, a mountain bike, 2 monitor audio speakers, among other valuable stuffs). I’ve hired an insurance, however they are not going to refund any lost item because of differences between the value declared and the value claimed. But the worst thing here, is the unresponsive of Claudia Valderrama ( owner of the 2 Mares Logistics). I’ve noticed she just blocked from company social network. So for all this, I’ve decided to share my experience with this crooked company.
