2 Mares Logistics, especially Claudia, really went above and beyond in helping us receive our container of possessions here in Panama City. Claudia was there every step of the way and solved several mistakes we made. She and her team are calm, very competent and a true pleasure to deal with. We HIGHLY recommend using their service and talk with them about all the details before your move. They will make everything smooth and affordable. We are very grateful for their help.

What can I say?
I have moved various times, New York to Miami and back. However, I have NEVER moved internationally. The mere thought was daunting.
I read about horror stories online.
However, I tapped my trusted Miami movers, GOOD GREEK and they put together an ALL STAR team of logistics pros.
In Florida, Rich Hass coordinated the shipping container situation. He kept me informed of all things ocean transport. He also provided me a range of dates when my container would arrive in Panama.
I trusted his projections and planned my trip. Like clockwork, my shipment arrived without a hitch
The Panama team (2MARES) took over from Panama ports. They surpassed every expectation. From the moment that I met them at their office in Panama City, Claudia put me at ease. She is simply a Supra professional. She kept me up to date on the process. Honestly, after meeting with Claudia, I stopped imagining the worst.
Yesterday was the moving day. Claudia picked me up early. I was there for the inspection and I must say IT WAS FABULOUS!!!
Juan took me back home and the trailer met us there. The 5 men team was awesome!
They handles my belongings with absolute care. Besides that, they were funny!
We laughed so much, my belly twisted! Seriously, I had to excuse myself and so stretched!
The next day, at 9am they picked up all of boxes and debrie.
There are not enough stars to give these folks.
I highly recommend 2 Mares, in Panama.

We used this company as part of moving things from the US to Panama. They were selected by the moving company we were working with in the US. Their end of the job was to receive the materials in the port in Panama City, navigate and pay customs, and truck it to our home outside of Boquete, in the mountains. Once we had been able to establish a delivery date, they arrived on time and were both pleasant and professional in how they did things. We were very pleased with their services. They unloaded all the materials into our home, unpacked many of them, and would have stayed to unpack them all, if asked. We planned to do the balance over several weeks, so did not ask that of them. They took with them much of voluminous packing materials. While we haven't completely unpacked, so far, everything appears to have arrived in great condition. Throughout our experience with them, we found it reasonably easy to contact them and coordinate services. There were some additional expenses that we expected, related to having to hold the materials for a few days until we were ready to receive it, as we had guests when it arrived in port in PC. Our one suggestion would be that they take credit cards for payment. Without having a bank account in Panama, it made it difficult to make payment. Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio prestado en una Mudanza Internacional .Desde el primer contacto me sentí rodeado de un equipo profesional y cercano. El embalaje, el cuido con el manejo de los enceres y la amabilidad fue insuperable.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha y agradecida del trabajo que 2 Mares Logistics me brindó de la mano de su dueña .Me planificaron mi mudanza desde Venezuela hasta España y todo salió perfecto, la comunicación fue transparente, me llegó la mudanza a tiempo, todo muy bien embalado, organizado y su equipo extraordinario.
